Heartians Studio ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website heartians.com. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit our site.
Our content is designed for children ages 5–8, but this website is intended to be accessed by parents and guardians on behalf of children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us personal information, please contact us at hello@heartians.com and we will delete it promptly.
Email address — If you voluntarily sign up for our mailing list or coloring page updates, we collect your email address. We use it only to send Heartians news and updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Usage data — We use Google Analytics 4 to collect anonymized data about how visitors use our site (pages visited, time on site, general location by region, device type). This data does not personally identify you. Google Analytics may set cookies to enable this tracking. You can opt out via Google's opt-out tool.
Download counter — When you download a coloring page, we log the download count (not who downloaded it) to display community totals on our site.
We use collected information to: send you Heartians updates you signed up for, understand how visitors use our site so we can improve it, and display aggregate download counts.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Formspree (email form processing) — formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy
YouTube & Facebook — Links on our site direct to YouTube and Facebook. Those platforms have their own privacy policies and cookie practices.
We do not set our own cookies beyond what Google Analytics requires for anonymous traffic measurement. You can disable cookies in your browser settings without affecting your ability to use our site.
Email addresses are retained until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics' standard retention settings (26 months by default).
